PRANOVA Mission
Our mission is to celebrate and honor Puerto Rican culture, heritage, and community by hosting a vibrant and inclusive Puerto Rican Festival in Manassas, Virginia. Through this annual cultural celebration, Puerto Rican Alliance of Northern Virginia, Inc. (PRANOVA) creates a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds to come together and connect through the traditions, cuisine, music, and history of Puerto Rico.
Since launching the first-ever Puerto Rican Festival in the DMV in 2023, the festival has experienced remarkable growth each year. Attendance has increased annually, breaking records with every event in 2023, 2024, and 2025—demonstrating the strong community demand and growing impact of this cultural celebration.
PRANOVA is committed to promoting cultural awareness, fostering pride in Puerto Rican heritage, and strengthening unity within the broader community. Through dynamic programming, live performances, educational opportunities, and family-friendly activities, we strive to create a joyful and meaningful experience that honors our roots while bringing people together to celebrate our shared humanity.
